"Salamat sa Pagtiwala"

I went to the house of my good friend Roy today to take photos of his sister's son, Pio. The shoot basically took around an hour and a half, with me, the beginner photographer, taking pictures of Pio wearing a bumblebee costume.

It was a challenging shoot, with both me and Pia, Pio's Mom, trying to make this chubby bumblebee smile for the camera. But all our efforts were all worth it, since capturing a baby smiling is indeed a rewarding feeling.

After around an hour or so, we took a break and discussed the upcoming shoot for Pio's baptism. Pia got our group, Picture Elements, to cover the ceremony for them. It's PIXEL's first ever "gig" so we would like to thank Pia for trusting us with this shoot.

Hopefully, we don't disappoint, hehe.

This is my first post using B/W photos, maybe to highlight the close personal bond between mother and child, and the loving relationship of a family.

What's funny is that in one of the photos, Pio seems to be looking straight at the camera, hahaha.
