"Santino's Christening"

Congratulations to John and Celine Palafox for their son, Santino Alfonso's baptism celebrated last January 29, 2006.

The very solemn occassion was held at Christ the King Parish, and reception soon followed at Panciteria San Jacinto along Libis.

Good food, good company, good job!

"Haley and Goliath"

Don't you find it astonishing how small babies are?

I do, specially when looking at this photo of my daughter's feet beside my seemingly gigantic hand. Imagine, my thumb is as big as Haley's cute foot, hehehe. It is indeed a miracle how this beautiful baby girl came from something smaller than a dot, isn't it?

But as the biblical story goes, no matter how big and strong Goliath was, it only took one miniscule rock from David to take him down. Similarly, no matter how frustrating and Goliath-like any parent's hardships are in raising a child, it only takes one glimpse of a smile to melt our hearts and knock us out.

It is a great time to be a Dad!!!
